Privacy policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Bayboe Group LLC ("Bayboe," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website and any Bayboe product or service that links to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, project selection, inquiry type, message, and any other information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs. We do not use this site to collect precise location data, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera data.

Cookies and similar technologies. This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics, embedded content, or other tracking is added later, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.

How we use information

We use information to respond to messages, provide support, evaluate and discuss potential projects, maintain and secure our services, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings. We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes without notice or a lawful basis.

Contact form status

The contact form sends the information you submit to Bayboe’s designated inboxes through a Cloudflare Worker and Zoho Mail. Messages are routed by topic: support inquiries to support@bayboe.com, billing inquiries to billing@bayboe.com, and other inquiries to mministero@bayboe.com.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for targeted advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, maintain, or operate our services; to professional advisers; when necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or other business transfer. Service providers may process information only for the purposes we authorize.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it. Where a higher minimum age applies, we follow the applicable law.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. To make a request, use our contact form and include enough detail for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity, and you may be able to use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

International users

Bayboe and its service providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions whose laws may differ from those where you live. We take reasonable steps required by applicable law for cross-border processing.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing information.

Project-specific privacy notices

Individual Bayboe projects, apps, games, experiences, or services may have additional privacy notices that explain the information collected by that specific project, its permissions, analytics, account features, payment processing, retention periods, and choices. When a project has its own notice, it will be shown in or linked from that project and will supplement this policy. If a project-specific notice conflicts with this policy for that project, the project-specific notice controls for the relevant product or feature.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when reasonably practical.

Contact us
